Fix Shortcut To Desktop

Fix Shortcut To Desktop is a tool to get back the desktop shortcut on the quick launch bar if you accidentally deleted it. Note: After you fixed the shortcut, it may not be visible on the bar, you need to click on the >> button on the quick launch bar to access all the other shortcuts and drag the desktop shortcut to the position you want it to be.

Update: Will not work on Win9x and WinMe. Some changes are made hopefully will resolve the "path not found" error reported.
